We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This tool does not host, store, or upload any video content; it only helps users access media that is already publicly available on X (Twitter). All content is served directly from X's servers.

Our position

Because we store no files, there is generally no infringing material hosted on our servers to remove. However, we take copyright seriously and will act on valid concerns, including reaching out to remove any offending references where applicable.

Filing a notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been made accessible in a way that constitutes infringement, please email support@postcard.cam with a notice that includes:

1. Your contact information (name, email, address).
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. The specific URL(s) or material at issue.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notifications

If you believe a notice was submitted in error, you may send a counter-notification to the same address.
